• Payment is due at the time of purchase.

5. ORDERS AND FULFILLMENT

When you place an order:

• You will receive an order confirmation email. This is acknowledgement of your order, not acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including stock issues or suspected fraud. You will receive a full refund if we cancel your order.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. SHIPPING

• We ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary.
• Free shipping is available on orders of 2 or more pairs as stated on our product pages.
• Shipping costs (where applicable) are calculated at checkout.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at sales@bamboorelief.org and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

In summary: we offer a 30-night money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email sales@bamboorelief.org within 30 days of delivery. No return is required.
