BAMBOORELIEF™ SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days 

Free shipping: Available on all orders of 2 or more pairs, applied automatically at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

 Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or ups.com. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then email us at sales@bamboorelief.org.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If it's still missing, email us at sales@bamboorelief.org within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email sales@bamboorelief.org as quickly as possible — we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
