We want you to wake up with less pain. If BambooRelief doesn't deliver that, we don't want your money.

Sleep in your BambooRelief gloves for 30 nights. If your hands aren't less stiff, more comfortable, and easier to use when you wake up β€” we will refund you in full. No return required. No forms to fill out. No fighting. Just a full refund, because your comfort matters more than our money.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

It takes less than 2 minutes:

1. Email us at sales@bamboorelief.org within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"

3. Tell us briefly what you experienced. We genuinely read every message and use your feedback to improve.

That's it. We don't ask you to ship the gloves back. We don't ask for photos. We don't make you wait on hold. We process refunds within 2–3 business days and you'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

FULL POLICY DETAILS

Eligible for a full refund:
β€’ Orders refunded within 30 days of delivery
β€’ All sizes and colours
β€’ Sale and discounted items
β€’ Multi-pair orders (refund applies per pair)

How refunds are issued:
Refunds are returned to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.) within 2–3 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges:
If you ordered the wrong size, we'll exchange it for the right one free of charge within 30 days. Email sales@bamboorelief.org with your order number and the size you need.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email us immediately at sales@bamboorelief.org with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost β€” no need to return the original.

What if I used them and they still didn't work?
That's exactly what the guarantee is for. We expect you to wear them. The 30-night window is intentionally long because we know meaningful results take consistent use. If you wore them regularly for 30 nights and didn't feel improvement, email us. We will refund you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RETURNS

What if it's been more than 30 days?
Email us anyway at sales@bamboorelief.org. We review late requests on a case-by-case basis and we're reasonable people. If you genuinely tried the product and it didn't work for you, we want to know.

How long does it take to get my money back?
We process refunds within 2–3 business days of receiving your email. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.

Can I return a gift?
Yes. If someone bought BambooRelief as a gift for you and it isn't working, email us with the order number (ask the gift-giver if needed) and we will arrange a refund or exchange.
